• What’s the difference between buying from Champ and buying from conventional on-line retailers?

  Too often, the sex products you order bounce from warehouse to warehouse before ever making it to your door. Our supply chain is simple, with three steps. Your products travel from our manufacturing partners to our trusted fulfillment center to you. This protects the quality of your products and removes the possibility of third party tampering, expired goods, or counterfeits.

• Where do you ship?

  We currently ship to USPS verified addresses within the continental US. We don’t ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations at this time. Follow us on Instagram at @MeetChamp and sign-up for email updates to be the first to hear when we expand.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $17. There is a flat shipping fee of $4 for any orders under $17.

• How long does shipping take?

  Our standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days, including the time it takes for our warehouse to process your order. Our warehouse isn’t open on weekends or federal holidays, so orders placed on those days won’t be processed until the next business day.

• Are your products safe?

• Do you offer discreet packaging?

  We value your privacy. Our products are always shipped in plain, unmarked boxes. There are no logos or brand marks on the outside of our boxes, just a shipping label.

• Can I try your products?

  We hope you enjoy our products, but we understand if they aren’t quite right for you. However, given the nature of the products, all condom and lubricant sales are final.

• Are your products available in retail stores?

  We’re here to help you skip the drugstore, which is why our products are not available in retail stores. You’ll find everything we offer here.

• Can I send Champ as a gift to a friend?

  We don’t offer a gift option at this time, but any of our products can be purchased as a one-time or recurring gift for a friend—just provide their delivery address.

• How does subscription work?

  To accommodate your lifestyle, and the unpredictable nature of sex, our subscription program lets you set the cadence of deliveries: every 30, 60, 90 or 120 days. These deliveries save you time and money—an additional 10% off your order. You can also purchase any of our products on a one-time basis (but you’ll miss out on cool Team Champ swag).

• Can I cancel/pause my subscription?

  To access or modify your delivery cadence, please log into your account. Once you are logged in, you can change the frequency of your delivery, or delay your next shipment.

Champ Condom FAQ

• How do I use a condom?

  Carefully open the wrapper making sure to not rip into the condom. Never open the wrapper with your teeth or with scissors.

  Secure the tip of the condom between your thumb and forefinger, and place the condom on the head of the erect penis. Excess air in the tip may cause the condom to break.

  Continue squeezing the tip of the condom while rolling the condom down the erect penis. The condom should unroll easily. If it doesn’t, it may be inside out, and you will need to begin the process again with a new condom.

  Make sure the condom stays securely in place during sex. If it falls off or breaks, remove the condom immediately and put on a new condom.

  After ejaculation and while the penis is still erect, hold the condom in place and withdraw the penis carefully. Next, slide the condom off and dispose of it in the trash. Never flush a condom down the toilet.

• What ingredients are in your condoms?

  All of our condoms are made from all-natural rubber latex and are lubricated with medical-grade silicone oil. No fragrances or flavors are added to our condoms. Additionally, they are free of BPA, casein, gluten, glycerin, paraben, and spermicide.

• How safe are your condoms?

  Our condoms are FDA 510(k) cleared and, like all of our products, produced by a leading global manufacturer. When used properly, condoms are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy and highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections and diseases.

  Like all types and brands of condoms, user error may impact the effectiveness of the condoms in preventing pregnancy and the sexual transmission of infections and diseases. Please consult with a medical professional to discuss which methods of pregnancy prevention and disease control are right for you.

• How are condoms tested to ensure safety?

  Every condom is electronically tested for safety and reliability. To test, a condom is pulled over a metal form and placed into an intense electrical field. Because rubber does not conduct electricity, any sign of a current on the metal form indicates the presence of a pinhole. Any condom that fails this test is automatically discarded.

  A random sampling of condoms undergo a variety of tests including air burst, package integrity, and leak tests to ensure they are safe and effective. If a condom fails any of these tests, its entire production batch is discarded.

• Are the condoms hypoallergenic?

  Our condoms are not hypoallergenic. They are made with natural rubber latex which some people may be allergic to.

• Can I reuse a condom?

  Do not reuse condoms in any situation.

• How should I store the condoms?

  Condoms should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry environment. Avoid keeping your condoms exposed to direct sunlight as that may damage or weaken the latex, making them susceptible to tearing.

• When do condoms expire?

  Every condom has an expiration date printed on the back of the foil wrapper. Remember to check the expiration date. If the condom has expired, please discard and use another one.

• Can I use lubes with this condom?

  Our condoms are compatible with all Champ lubes. If you are using another brand, check for its compatibility. Please note: oil-based lubes should not be used with any latex condoms.

• Can I use these condoms for anal sex?

  All of our condoms can be used for either vaginal or anal sex.

• Are condoms safe to use underwater? Or in the shower?

  Condoms are safe to use underwater or in the shower. However, please make sure the condom fits appropriately. We recommend putting the condom on before entering the water and using our silicone-based lubricant as our water-based version may wash away.

• How do I dispose of the condom?

  When it’s time to dispose of the condom, throw it away in the garbage. Do not flush condoms down the toilet.

• How do I know if I am allergic to latex condoms?

  People allergic to latex condoms may show signs of localized reactions such as itching, redness, bumps, swelling, hives, or rash. If you experience any of these or other signs of allergic reaction, please consult with a healthcare professional right away.

• When should I use water-based lubricant?

  You can use our hypoallergenic, water-based lubricant safely with condoms or with just about any one of your favorite bedroom toys without worry of it damaging your latex goods or staining your sheets.

• How do I use personal lube?

  Use personal lube as needed. To relieve dryness, apply a small amount to the area of the body you wish to lubricate. Reapply as desired. Lube easily washes away with warm water.

• Can I use Champ water-based lubricant with latex condoms?

  Champ water-based lubricant is compatible with Champ ultra-thin and ribbed latex condoms. If you are using another brand of condom, please check that condom for information on lube compatibility.

• Can I use Champ water-based lubricant with silicone toys?

  Champ water-based lubricant is safe for silicone, skin-like textured toys, glass, hard or soft plastic, and all rubber toys.

• Is Champ Water-Based Lubricant sticky?

  No, our water-based formula is not sticky.
